3. Meeting requests and invitations
Submitting a meeting request does not guarantee a specific meeting time or ZEGO representative. A meeting is arranged only after the requested scheduling details are confirmed and an invitation or other confirmation is issued. Meetings may be rescheduled or canceled by the relevant participants when necessary.
Google Calendar and Google Meet functionality is provided through an authorized ZEGO account and is subject to Google’s applicable terms and service availability. Visitors are not required to connect their own Google accounts to request a meeting.
